Collections: The Offertory Collection last weekend realised £551.43 and the Second Collection, £109.23 Grateful thanks to all who contributed.

Lenten Mass: A special Lenten Mass, concelebrated by the Cardinal and priests of the Falkirk and Stirling Deanery will take place in St Paul’s church, Milton of Campsie on Wednesday at 7.30 pm. All welcome!

Easter Duty Time lasts until after Easter. Catholics are required to receive Holy Communion and, if necessary, go to Confession during this period.

Lenten Alms Box will be in the church throughout Lent. Proceeds will go to charities of the Cardinal’s choice. SCIAF Lenten Boxes are available in the Hall.

A Plenary Indulgence may be gained by those who devoutly make the Way of the Cross.

Congratulations to Father Forrest on the Golden Jubilee of his Ordination to the Priesthood this weekend. To mark the occasion, teas and coffees will be served in the Hall after Mass on Sunday.

Formal celebrations will take place on Sunday 9 August 2009 when a Mass, concelebrated by Cardinal O’Brien and priests of the Archdiocese, will be held at 12:00. This will be followed by a social gathering in the Church grounds.
