The Sacrament of Confirmation will be conferred on our children on Thursday at the 7 pm
Confirmation Mass.

Notices

Easter Duty time – the obligation to receive the Sacraments of Holy Communion and, if necessary, Confession – began on Ash Wednesday and ends on Trinity Sunday.

Collections: The Offertory collection last week realized £565.88, and the second collection, £106.66. Many thanks to all contributors.

· Special Collection today for the Ecclesiastical Students Fund

· Lenten Alms collection amounted to £69.00

Summer Holiday – As I will be away during May, Father Carr, one of our retired priests, will be here at the weekend for Confessions and Mass.

St Mungo’s High School will be holding a Spring Fete at the school on Saturday, 27th April from 11.00 am – 2.00 pm, to raise funds for various charities. Admission – £1.00 (50p for children / concessions) There will be a selection of stalls selling everything from candles to ‘Prom’ dresses – as well as face painting, a nail bar and various other activities – including the famous St Mungo’s BBQ! We depend on your support to help us make the day a success! If anyone is able to assist with donations of raffle or tombola prizes, or can provide home baking for sale at the event, please e-mail julie.macdonald@falkirk.gov.uk, or hand donations into the school. Please note that baking can only be accepted from Friday, 26th.
