  • CONFESSIONS: Saturday, after morning Mass and from 5.30 – 5.55 pm



The annual fire evacuation exercise will take place during both Masses sometime within the next few weeks.

Collections: The Offertory Collection last weekend realized £395.84 and the second collection, £101.62. Grateful thanks to all donors.

Thanks to the Music and Movement Group for a further donation of £25.

Dates for your Diary:

  • 15th October: A Torchlight Procession will take place at CARFIN next Sunday evening at 7.00 pm. Please inform the Pass Keepers TODAY if you wish to attend!
  • 28th October: St Catharine’s Church, Bo’ness (10.00 am – Noon): Prayer Day. Theme – ‘Parables of the Bible’. (St Mary’s is reflecting on the Parable of the
    Good Samaritan). All are welcome to participate and afterwards, adjourn to the Hall for soup and sandwiches, tea/coffee.
  • 30th November: St Mary’s “St Andrew’s Night”…. Family Event for all-comers in the Church Hall – More details later!
  • 15th December: The SVP Christmas Lunch in the Church Hall. Details and Menu, later.

A volunteer-run ‘Breakfast Club’ started at the beginning of the Autumn Term, in St Mary’s Primary School. The aim is to ensure that every child has breakfast each school day, thereby helping them to achieve their potential, whilst creating a sociable environment where the children interact. For further details and to volunteer with the Breakfast items, please contact Michael Burnett on 07982 999 785 or by email to mburnett@blueyonder.co.uk
