A Warm Welcome to Fr Henry McLaughlin, who will once again be here at the weekends, whilst Fr Forrest is on holiday.
Parish Youth Group: During the last few months, the Parish Pastoral Council has been considering the feasibility of establishing a Youth Group in the parish. We are delighted to tell you that there will be a trial session on Sunday 20th May from 6.30pm until 8pm in the Church Hall. The age-group targeted is middle-primary to lower-secondary school levels. We aim to provide a fun environment for children and young people to enjoy games and learn new skills whilst also learning about our faith. For further information/details, and for a consent form for your child, please contact Callum Timms or Richard Mulholland either at Mass, by calling or texting 07817 510 850, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exploring our Faith: Are you interested in learning more about the Catholic faith? Why not join us in the Church Hall on Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm! This week we will continue to ‘unpick’ the Mass, looking at the Opening Rites and Liturgy of the Word in particular. Please feel free to come along to all or any of the sessions. Everyone is welcome!
Breakfast Club Volunteers: The Breakfast Club at St. Mary’s Primary School still needs more volunteers! If you can help or would like more information, please contact Michael Burnett by email at email@example.com
Live-Stream Volunteers: Our live broadcasts of Sunday Mass continue to be very successful with around 20 people tuning in to watch each week. If you would be interested in supporting this work and getting involved with the operation of the system at Sunday Mass, please contact Callum Timms or Richard Mulholland either at Mass, by calling or texting 07817 510 850, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Parish Pastoral Council: Thursday evening saw a very productive meeting of the PPC! A range of issues were discussed, including considering suggestions from the recent Annual Parish Assembly. We hope to be able to make progress on these suggestions, which included arranging social events and pilgrimages for the parish, very soon.
SVP News: Port Seton Caravan is available on June 9th; June 30th; August 25th. If you are interested or would like more details, please put your name on the list in the hall – or come and have a private word. Aberdeen Diocese SVP may have a few free dates for their caravan in Nairn – first come, first served!

Also, Canon James Phelan, Tina Chandler, Edward Cummings, Michael Dawson, Catherine Dickson, Mary Elder, Ellen Morrison, John Penman, Annie Simmons and Desmond Swift, whose anniversaries occur about this time.
