Also, Ellen Boyd, John Clelland, James Hamilton, Bridget Herron, Helen Holland, Francis Leishman, Jeanie McAvoy, Minnie Mulholland, Mary Savage and Thomas Wilson whose anniversaries occur about this time, and Joe Boyd who died recently.

MACMILLAN COFFEE MORNING: The coffee morning last week raised £430 for MacMillan Cancer Support. Thank you to everyone who came along and to all those who donated baking and prizes for the Tombola. Added to the Special collection at Mass we have raised the grand total of £875.05 – fantastic!

MUSIC MONDAY! Would you like to help to add to our music at Sunday Morning Mass?  If you’re interested, why not come along to the Hall at 7pm on Monday (7th), to practice both old and new hymns. We would also love any new Instrumentalists!!

FINANCE & FABRIC & HEALTH & SAFETY COMMITTEES: The next meeting of these committees will take place on Sunday 6 October 2019 at 3pm in the church house.

COLLECTIONS: Offertory.... £498.78. Special Collection (for MacMillan Cancer Support), £444.05 and donations from the Coffee Morning, £430..... Making a MAGNIFICENT total 'giving' last weekend of £1,372.83!!  Well done!  And very many thanks to everyone who donated.

ST ANDREW’S NIGHT CELEBRATION: A date for the diary – this year’s celebration will take place on Friday 29th November 2019. Further details to follow.
