FRIDAY (NOVEMBER 1st) IS THE FEAST OF ALL SAINTS AND IS A HOLYDAY OF OBLIGATION. SATURDAY IS ALL SOULS’ DAY.

SVP NEWS: The Annual Report of SVP Scotland is available on request. Our Archdiocesan Mass will be held on Saturday November 23rd at the Gillis centre, Whitehouse Loan, Edinburgh at 12 noon. The Archbishop will be present and all are welcome to attend.

COLLECTIONS: The Offertory Collection last weekend realised £459.39 and the Special Collection for the Propagation of the Faith, £257.07.  Also, thanks to the Music and Movement Group for a further donation of £25. Grateful thanks to all donors!

ST ANDREW’S NIGHT CELEBRATION: This year’s celebration will take place at 7pm on Friday 29th November 2019. Pupils from St Mary’s Primary School will tell the story of St Andrew through various readings and the Kinneil Youth Band will provide the music. The celebration will be followed by a fish supper in the hall. Tickets for the fish supper are limited to 90 and are on sale now at £3 each.

BO’NESS CHURCHES TOGETHER: A date for your diary – There will be a prayer service at Carriden Church on 1 December 2019 at 6.30pm. Each parish will be decorating a Christmas tree and these will be on display.
