Sacraments - An invitation is extended to all parents/carers who have children preparing for the sacraments of Reconciliation, Confirmation and First Holy Communion this year to attend an information evening this Tuesday, 13th January, at 6pm in the church hall.
Winter health and Safety – with the bad weather well and truly upon us please take extra care when entering and leaving the church. If you have any mobility problems at all please use the slopes at either the front or rear of the church. The paths will be gritted during spells of cold weather but the car park may well be icy so please be very careful there.
Appeal – now that we no longer have a minibus It would be great if we could replace it with volunteers who could commit to bringing one of our elderly or infirm parishioners to Mass Saturday evening or Sunday on a regular basis. If you feel able to do this, would you add your name to the list in the hall please – thank you.
200 Club - The book is now open for the 2026 draw with tickets remaining at £13 for entry into all of the year’s draws.
Collections: The collection last week amounted to £372.06.The Mill Hill Missionaries annual appeal raised £485.50. Thank you to all donors There will be a special collection today (10th/11th January) for Justice and Peace.
Crib collection: Our annual parish crib collection raised £179.84 which will be donated to the Infant Welfare Centre in Jerusalem, run by the Greek Catholic Annunciation Society. It is a is a non-political Catholic Charity and your donation will include support for its nursery at this difficult time in the Holy Land.
